I love living here. They allow small dogs!
I've lived at Westwood MHP for 20 plus years. It is secure, well-maintained by management and the vast majority of residents (or management lets them know their properties aren't "up to snuff,") private with opportunities available to socialize with neighbors, on school bus routes for an excellent school system in Amherst, and other fine rural school districts, and overall pleasant place to live! Recently, I had an underground water line repaired promptly and was fully reimbursed for utility company water charges. (Costs associated with differing property problems are reimbursed according to whom is "at fault," so to speak) Incidentally, my neighbors have not had any problems with their water lines.

Awesome place to live. Plenty of wildlife in the nearby wooded areas! Neighbors are good. Park is clean and well kept. And small pets are allowed! I'm very happy here.
